What stood out most was that nothing felt rushed — even though it was a one-off appointment, he took the time to treat it properly and thoroughly.
Genuinely grateful for the help and would highly recommend.

Setting is quiet and private.
We always have a nice chat during treatment too and you can tell he is a genuinely nice person which makes you feel very relaxed.

Before you book
Here are a few useful things to know before your first appointment, including referrals, treatment and what to expect from your care.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book an appointment directly without a GP referral. If you plan to claim through private health insurance, check your policy first, as some insurers may require a referral or pre-authorisation.
Will I receive treatment at my first appointment?
In many cases, treatment can begin during your first appointment if it is appropriate to do so. Your osteopath will first take your history, assess you, explain what they find and discuss the options with you before starting treatment.
How many appointments will I need?
The number of appointments varies depending on your symptoms, how long they have been present, and your individual needs. After your first assessment, we’ll explain what we think is appropriate and discuss a treatment plan with you. We’ll review your progress as you go and won’t recommend unnecessary follow-up appointments.
What if I am unsure which appointment to book?
If this is your first visit, book the Initial Osteopathy Assessment (45 minutes). If you’re unsure which appointment is right for you, contact us before booking and we’ll help you choose the most appropriate option.
Book your first osteopathy assessment and we’ll take the time to understand what’s been bothering you and what you want to get back to doing.
