Paediatric appointments at Balanced Motion Clinic are provided by Rianne Lutchmaya, registered osteopath and co-owner of Balanced Motion Clinic.

Rianne has completed additional postgraduate training in paediatric osteopathy and is passionate about supporting babies, children and parents through calm, personalised care.

She is also currently completing further training in infant feeding support to expand the ways she can help families in Poole and the surrounding areas

Is treatment gentle?

Yes. Treatment for babies and children is always gentle and adapted to their age, needs and comfort. Parents are always present throughout the appointment.

How old does my baby need to be?

Appointments are available from newborn age onwards, as well as for older babies and young children.

Do I need a GP referral?

No referral is needed to book an appointment. However, if we feel your child would benefit from additional medical support, we will always advise you appropriately.

How long is the appointment?

Initial paediatric appointments last approximately 45-60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for discussion, assessment and treatment if appropriate.
